If we need to cancel a lesson, you will be able to choose another time to have the lesson package, as displayed here.
Rescheduling Policy
You can reschedule a lesson up to 12 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. Requests to reschedule within 12 hours of the lesson may not be accommodated. You may book lessons up to 31 days in advance but not sooner than 24 hours before the lesson is intended to start.
Lesson Conduct
Students are expected to be punctual, respectful and prepared for each lesson. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of the lesson without a refund. And other relevant actions, such as but not limited to, blocking and suspending the creation of additional account.
